max clauson (PADI advanced open water diver)

Max is 13 years old and a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. He learned to dive with the team in 2020, but it has since become a major part of his life. Max strives to dive often, which is possible because of the commitment he has to the Dive Team. Max is working on his underwater photography skills and loves to photograph anemones. He enjoys diving because he feels it gives him superpowers! It is so fun to move through the water effortlessly. Max appreciates learning about the many animals and ecosystems in the ocean, especially at Edmonds Underwater Park. He is a Boy Scout and enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, skiing, and playing video games.
